I came across the article in the New York Times, “Retargeting Ads Follow Surfers to Other Sites” and I knew exactly what the writer was explaining, because this too has happened to me. These “personalized” ads from shopping on websites have seemed to pop up and follow me around on many sites I frequently visit. Makes me question is it safe? Is my information secure?
