The F.C.C. will propose rules on Thursday requiring mobile phone companies to alert customers by voice or text message when they are have reached monthly usage limits and are about to incur extra charges. This is to help ensure that users of new technologies do not have to worry about hidden costs, confusing billing, and“bill shock.” I think this is a great idea! Cell phone companies rob you sometimes and expect you not to notice or dispute the charges. Check out the article.
