I was recently in Vancouver and their city was very "green". It made me wonder, how come our cities don’t look like this. What's taking us so long? Vancouver’s public transportation was electric buses, taxis were hybrids, all throughout the city there was a bike lane, and next to each trashcan was a recycling bin making it very accessible. Even their restaurants used foldable cardboard boxes for take-out and left-overs instend of the non-renewable Styrofoam.
